I only have that cash B/C I built the team first with Mid LV guys that would have been crushed in this league left me bankrupt and and trying to bring guys in again to a rebuilding team next season so I traded them got a bankrole and players that will play for me for the next 4,5 or 6 seasons. Im having a hard time seeing where that is bad. A team sticking together in the bad times into the good I think is in the sprit of the game.

Theres nothing wrong with what you're doing.
What everyone has a problem with is what the Admins/System isn't doing.
The problem is that the mods that don't move teams that are needing to do this into expansion leagues, instead of leaving them in established leagues with 20+ players.
Level 1 players don't belong in this league period, but it's not the owners fault. It's up to the Admins to put a system in place to ensure other teams aren't affected/punished by owners of previously owned teams trying to rebuild.

The whole 3 season plan with slow builds as the basis of a legitimate strategy just boggles my mind, but at least I can respect it even if it seriously compromises the integrity of the league. However, completely absent or owners who are either not even trying or are just full of absolute fail in every regard, that's what pisses me off.
I guess the real gripe is that instead of expanding into a USA CCC tier, or allowing gutted/rebuilding teams into D league, some other form or reconfig, or many of the other ideas posted in the linked thread, as j4 stated, nothing is being done about the serious polarity of parity.
