My gameplan with the players would be to have a well-balanced team, not stronger on D or Offense but pretty close to the same

I am good with money, and will never let there be a problem with that

i am very dedicated to winning. Given the job, I would try with all might to turn the team into a winner right away, while still building the team to contend years on down the road.

if i was the d coordinator for your team, i would try to build a speed defensive.... similar to what auburn has been doing the last couple years.

my current team is 6-1 and is in the second round of the playoffs. i have learned a lot of effective strategies from them and would use them for your team.
