so this means that 3 incomplete passes will go back to taking only 6 secs total? these 200-0 blowouts wreck the game more than just lowering max XP to 40-45 plays.

Max XP is 40-45 plays already. People want to lower it to 25-30. I'll set the clock back to proper timing once we figure out a good value.

All that means is that Ghetto Heisman will have enough time for 4 td celebrations instead of 5...
