they missed the 12 and want to be sure to come back?
But one more team that went with a rebuild. I am thinking some teams are wanting to build a team from scratch and know they are getting 'good builds'. They know they are giving up a season (or two) but with moral re-set each season not as big of a deal that way. Also they will peak when a lot of teams have to reload in season 10/11.
Just a guess since most of the GMs are still on the team and have the level 1 players too. So team choice it would seem... and you know they will have enough money with their stadium for seasons to come.

they have done a classic gut. My guess is they found out that AAA is just to tough and decided to get relegated. They probably will make a bunch of trades before the deadline
and get a good roster set so they can dominate in AA. It is just because they made a league switch and now the franchise is destroyed

yeah, they've turned it into one of those "slow build" teams... i was considering adding a player to them...
