Steve Lilly will become a free agent day 1 and is looking for a team that he will start on or at least get the proper number of plays. I will not open the build, but will discuss it in a message if you want and will also detail where I am going with the build. I will fully boost him and he has custom equipment. I have work today until 6 pm so I won't be answering any messages until at least them, but I have Tuesday and Wednesday off so I should be able to check things out.
