Dave Casper is a level 1 TE w/ Custom EQ. He will boost and upgrade his CE every chance he gets, but he will not boost until the end of the season for at least the first 2 seasons.

This should gain him at least 2 levels on early boosters created at similar times.

Minimum contract is fine, but I don't want to be under a no. 2 TE.

Are you boosting for season 3 making him a Level 4 at the start of season 4 ???

You wasted 3 boosts if you don't boost this season. I would suggest retiring your player and re-creating him on Day 0/Day 1 of Season 4.
