I would split all 10 points between agility speed and vision.

I'd go like 4 speed, 3 vision, 3 agility

Get speed to 48 1st then vison then ag.

4 speed, 6 agility

i've got a LVL24 FS (u said u wanted input from a higher level)
i would go with +2 speed, +3 agility, +5 strength. i don't know what your equipment looks like but if you can rework it so that all of your equipment focuses on speed/strength (if you want a hard hitter) or speed/vision (if you want a guy that is going to see and cover the whole field) in my opinion the latter is the best type to build.
