I'd say DE/DT would both work at DE in a 3-4. Could probably use some DE's at Line Backing positions.

Pass rushing DT's or strong DE's would be a 3-4 "DE". 3-4 "OLB's" would be either pass rushing OLB's or pass rushing DE's.

Deebo's DE build would be a 3-4 DE, as well as pass rushing 4-3 DTs.
miked33's DE build would be a 4-3 DE or 3-4 OLB.

yeah im puttin our DT at LE in our 3-4 and our best regular DE at RE. our 19 NT at NT. then 2 of our pass rushers OLB and i need 1 more jacked ILB
