I think most of them are tied into long term no-trade contracts, though, so it may be awhile before they get deeply competitive

Nope, looks like they got cleared out...I'm guessing that they can make a special exception here and there...

All the players were owned by the team owner who clearly isn't playing the game anymore, so they wiped the team clean and let this new guy build it up from the ground up.
