it matters quite a bit. Once you hit the caps on skills and you need to raise speed but it cost 2,3,4, or even 5(maybe 6 non of my guys are at 6 got one at 5, so im not sure but there is probably reach 6 points per skill) points just to raise it by 1 then it matters alot. Just think if you put all your eq points into speed. Much bigger advantage if you put all eq points into 1 main attribute
