thanks Gwen for the conf, booster to Ron, he works hard and we def. appreciate it on the hammerheads. We worked our tail fins off last season trying to get better, but chem. held us back on those close games. This season however should be diff. We should be straightened out by the start of the season. No surprises this time lol. Nice job Ron, and thanks again to Gwen for the support throughout last season up to now.

Last season, I got to know Ron and how hard he works for you guys when we were continually running into each other on the FA boards. I have a lot of respect for his dedication to that team, and think the Hammerheads are going to be a force this season.

Yes we did bump into each other quite a bit..lol
I don't think I put in near the time you do.
i have the most respect for someone like you Gwenn, that has the dedication to a team as I seen from you
I hope you guys have a successful outing this go around

I'll be honest - we put in a team effort last season not to boost to try and catch up some on the division leaders and all. From that perspective, I think we had a very successful season.
I put up in the pre-season that I thought we could go 9-7 without boosting - which I thought would get us a playoff spot.
I was half right.
We also retained most of our key people, and have commitments for another season from most of the team.
By and large, I consider us pretty successful, even if losing the tie-breakers was a bit disappointing. I'm /really/ looking forward to this season to see how it goes.

Just looking over the rosters, there is a lot of parity in the east and I'm not sure at all Miami is the best team. Salem, the Hammerheads, and NH all could be the #2.

Who has boosted?

Right now NH looks like a solid #2 team. But that is assuming nobody has boosted much yet.

We have not boosted this season at all yet. Last season we didn't boost til just before the playoffs to help us get to this point - and almost made the playoffs anyway.

I admit to gambling and losing - but at season start, I had thought 9-7 would make the playoffs.

Well then, I think you are my #2 pick.

I suspect we'll find out quickly. We start off with the Makos as step one of one of the tougher opening stretches in the division. We'll have every chance to see if we can earn the spot.

You did pretty good on this list Gwenn and even though I wasn't happy Anchorage wasn't on the radar back then; I guess like coming out of no where and surprising teams.

Anchorage has really come up big this season, I totally acknowledge that. You guys took us down to the wire in that scrimmage, and have been tearing it up ever since. I'd have to say you'd make the revised list now if I wrote one up.

It's that Litter Box dude you have. He smells so bad no one else can concentrate on the game plan!

I think you missed Salem in your preseason rankings too

If you guys would have won one of the last 3 last season you'd have been there. Win enough to take the 3rd or 4th spot this season, and you'll definitely make the next one.
