There are a bunch of Nintendo games that are available for purchase. Most of them are first party titles, but there are some 3rd party ones that Nintendo has made a licensing agreement with for donwloads onto the virtual console.

You can play games like Mario Kart online on DS too.

Also, it it titles only from the original NES, or do they include Super NES & N64 as well? A "modern" console that has access to Super Tecmo Bowl, Goldeneye, and Conker's Bad Fur Day would rock!
