I'm looking for some advice on how I can improve my LB. He is currently playing LOLB and was the #1 tackler on his team. I would like to see him able to get to the QB more and maybe get some sacks. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Speed, vision, agility. You could also start building your tree. Also get custom equipment.

Thanks I am thinking about using him as a LILB as soon as we can do the 3-4, or should I keep him at OLB? Any thoughts on that?

UGHHH. VIS and AGI. In my opinion, get BOTH of those two stats up to ATLEAST 40 before you put any more points into SPD. ESPECIALLY if you will be playing the ILB position in a 3-4 defense. You don't need to cover as much ground. So really, the more AGI you have the better. The quicker your acceleration will be in getting to the ball carrier. The better you will be in coverages. AGI and VIS my man. The HB will be celebrating his TD with a dance before you realize what happened in the play with that kind of VIS. Personally, I'd rearrage a great deal of that equipment on SPD, and put it into VIS and AGI. That's just my opinion though.

I agree. Speed is important, but people worry about it too much. Speed can't help you if you don't know where you need to be. That's were vision comes in.
