what do you think I should improve and where to spend my 5 skill points when I lvl up after my game tomorrow

Way too much speed IMO. Definitely put all 5 in vision, then look to knock your super vision up 1-2 points.

focus all your equipment into one attribute. spreading around your equipment is a disadvantage, especially when you reach the soft cap. you do not have a large sum invested in your equipment, so make the change now before it cost you/your team an arm and a leg.
secondly, consider what your team needs are. many recommend using your equipment for speed, so look to increase your vision. vision becomes very important, but don't worry to much about the special attributes this early in the game. right now your physical attributes and football skills are so low, that special attributes are not fully maximized. speed/agility/vision are the key to this game, especially speed/vision as a FS!

The most I would split equipment would be between two attributes. So long as those are two that majorly affect your position and are going to be soft capped.
