We're around. Just really busy with real life so what little online time I have is spent scouting and preping for games. I know Chitown and I are both really busy so we have not been on the forums much, just enough to keep current on the overall league.

Good luck to the Nightmare, (just not too much)

We're hoping to make it 3-0 against them.

LOL, I have been waiting for this question to eventually surface if it was meant in relation to geographically. While many of you have chosen to represent the nation's and in some cases, the world's big metropolitan cities, I instead decided to represent my roots, if you will. I grew up in this po dunk town as mentioned above, LA as in Lower Alabama. I think there might be three traffic lights in the neighboring metropolis of Brewton as East Brewton is an offcrop oddly enough located directly south of Brewton. Combined, we may be talking 10K people. There are 1 million times more pine trees to people and as many deer and cotton mouths.

If you were a navy pilot and you trained in nearby Whiting Field (where most navy pilots learn to fly trainer craft) you would know where East Brewton was as you more than likely did touch and gos at the nearby airstrip. You won't be landing any charter team planes there though, sorry.

Brewton held a past distinction of being the richest town in the US per capita due to the timber barons in the area. If you drive down Bellevue Avenue north of DT, ie the railroad tracks you would see mansion after mansion of old annibellum homes. These were in reality carpetbaggers that came down from the north after the civil war and literally stole people's lands between this time and the great depression.

The area is also known for a small tributary that separates Brewton from East Brewton known as Murder Creek. Nice! There is the constant smell of rotton eggs from the nearby paper plant and trains have a tendency to kill more people stuck on the tracks than guns each year. A loaded train will kill ya folks.

This little enclave of Americana boost to being the Blueberry Capital of Alabama. But we take our football very seriously. These two tiny towns each have their own school systems that tends to polarize each other. Talk about big fish in a little pond syndrome, you will find it there but all in all its the kind of place that as you drive through town you might notice everyone waving at you and the largest buildings in this county seat are generally churches.

So, East Brewton is being represented in the house. You'll take a bus from Pensacola to get to our stadium. Please don't hit the deer on your way up or down, whatever the case may be.

East Brewton is South of Brewton! If my cards fall right, I will be close to you around Christmas. Will find out September 13th if I'm accepted into Fort Fucker for Army Warrant Officer school.
