The Montana Crow are looking to completely reconstruct a franchise that has been in turmoil. I was hired as GM at the very end of the season to turn around a franchise that had lost 32 straight games. Within a few days at the helm, We have a rejuvenated team that has hope for the first time in two seasons. We won our first game in two seasons 104-0, yes it was a scrimmage but we needed to get a win under our belts as the first step in a resurrection of the Crow. This team has a new direction and is looking for solid players who want to actually have the ability to say they helped a team become a winner, not just joined an already dominant team. Everyone likes to win, but I would rather have the pride of saying I helped turn around a losing franchise, than feeling that I jumped on an already dominant bandwagon that would have won without me. I need warriors, men with loyalty, persistance, and a pair of Blue Steel rocks the size of grapefruits willing to put their faith and effort into my ability as a winning GM to take this bottom dweller and make them a contender in one offseason.
I am guaranteeing a playoff birth this season. All I need is the players to fill out a competetive roster and I will guide you to the playoffs. This is your chance to become a part of a team that will be loyal to you in return for your dedication. Many of these top notch teams treat their players like replacement parts, as soon as a higher level FA comes along you will be replaced. In Montana, if you give me your loyalty you will have mine in return. As long as you stay active I will always have a roster spot for you. I will not trade your players to any team unless you specifically ask or ok a deal. I will not recruit over you just for the sake of gaining 1-2 levels. I am a proven succesfull GM and have lead my two teams; The Honolulu Beach Boys and Melbourne Dreadnoks to a combined record of 47-6 over my two seasons at the helm in Honolulu and 1 season in Melbourne. Both teams are still in the playoffs and I intend to continue that trend of dominance with the Crow. This is your chance to play for a winning team and to be a cornerstone on a franchise that you can call your own.

I am offering slightly above minimum salaries with signing bonuses that will always take care of your equipment upgrades regardless of the level. We redo the deals no questions asked when you need more money to train or hit an upgrade level. We ask that you sign a 2 year deal that expires day 40 so that you are free to pursue the Offseason if you choose not to resign. I will not hold your player hostage, if you are not happy here I will send you to any team you request for a fair market trade-no Max cash just an even deal. I am a very fair and honest person and prefer loyal players over high level mercenaries. If you want to make a difference and actually be a contributor on a team rather than a cog in a machine, PM me with CROW in the subject. At this time our league is in its third year so we can not compete by signing level 8-15 guys so I apologize but please do not respond to me if you are below lvl 16 as we can not afford to use roster spaces on developmental guys. If you are lvl 18+ and boost you will most likely start and even our backups get 35 reps a game and are close to max XP.
