How much stamina should a level 17 kicker have?

I had about 12 stamina at level 19 or so and we played a gutted team. Absolutely wrecked my energy kicking 30+ XPs and even training on none, I couldn't get back to 100 by the next game. I decided to train it for a few days to get up to about 14.
