I have a lvl 22 Kicker which does very well and my contract is up towards the end of next season. I was wondering others opinions on the subject and how easy is it for a kicker to move to a different team.

If I resign:
Have a good owner.
Always have a good contract.
Have a average team and get average playing time.
Probably be stuck in "A" league

If I look at others:
Who knows how my owner will be.
Could sign with a playoff team. (more playing time)
Could be stuck with a bad team. (less playing time)
Probably move up in league.

Please let me know you opinions they would be great. The quicker the better my team has sent me a contract offer and probably want a response.

Stay put - it is getting harder and harder to find a spot, and you may wind up on a new team that really sucks. The team you are on now wants you, you have no guarantee of getting on another team.

I'd stay. It doesn't really matter what league you're in to be honest, as long as your player improves.

I agree. It is tough moving from team to team. I've been on 3 different teams in my guy's career. When my kicker was very young, he was doing really well on a CPU team which was bought in the night and traded to a rival team. Me and them got in a big fight and he traded me to a USA Pro team. Then, the team never did very well and my kicker struggled.

Now I'm a free agent and it takes a little work to find a new team. I have gotten interest from some good teams, but like you say, you never know what the owner will be like.
