I was going to make a new thread about "DON'T SIGN WITH ...." threads but this thread is as good as any other.
If you have a problem with an owner or a GM, politely ask him to cut you and you can be on your way. This is especially the case when it comes to issues like playtime. The owner is responsible for being competitive and winning games, and if your guy isn't skilled enough, then you will have to ride the pine for a while. This is the case in real football, and it certainly is the case in this fake football game.
If the owner is being a douche and won't release you, then you can politely talk to him in a private message. And in a worst-case scenario, you might be able to take it up to the GLB Players Association.
The WORST thing you want to do is throw the team under the bus by posting something in the public forums. It makes the team look bad (thereby making it harder to find a replacement for you), and it makes YOU look even worse.
If I signed you and If I didn't pander to your every "need" how do I know that you're not going to post something publicly against my team? I don't know, so I will avoid the headache and not sign you. I'm pretty sure all the other GMs here are thinking the same thing.
Well, I hope it goes well for you and maybe you'll find another team that will accomodate your wishes.
P.S. You DO realize that GMs cannot cut or trade anybody after the trade deadline, right?
