If you were backup for FB, TE, and WR as a TE player - what would your custom equipment focus more on?

Blocking Line or Recieving Line?

And what about stats? Blocking? Catching? Carrying ( Now thats going to be a important stat )?

I put mine into the Recieving because it is more important than the blocking...the only blocking one I find important is the run block other than that you shouldn't put too much into the other ones (I haven't put any)...The most important stats would probably be speed, agility, catching, vision, strength, blocking. Carrying will only need to be in the 20's so just train it occasionally.

Indeed, go for receiving. Like joe says, they don't do a whole lot. I build my TEs mostly for blocking when it comes to the physical attributes, but get the Receiving SAs. I simply feel they're better value. And even on a run first team where blocking is required you will get some passes thrown your way, at least until the tactics allow us to specify a running down TE and passing down TE.
