I don't know if the stack. I can be certain that each player keeps their radius of the aura, but it would seem kind of overpowering if the did stack. And for it to not be overpowering, that would mean the skill was weak in the first place, which is just not fun at all. As for snarl, I would say yeah consecutive snarling tackles by two different players would each affect the carrier.
I would say that Auras don't stack, but each player keeps their radius, so if somebody's aura radius reaches the carrier, that person is demoralized by their level of aura. If somebody with a higher level reaches them, that one takes over.
This is not to be taken as fact at all. Just an idea running through my head. I'm sure an experiment with multiple Auras versus one Aura will be done sometime and we can get a more definitive answer. I get my theory from the idea that the skill would be too overpowering if it could stack. That's a lot of morale loss for a player if they all work.

I think Snarl would stack because it's an SA that only works sometimes, but Aura wouldn't because it's always activated (at least to my knowledge)
Great Great Great two posts right here to an even better question. Is anyone up to the challenge of running a trial to see if Aura of Int stacks? I'd really like a 100% positive answer to this myself. From those two quoted posts above I have though, I think we can all get a general idea of Aura not stacking, while Snarl does stack.
