Ok. i herd agility, speed, jumping help with kicking. how much should you have, i am currently lvl 19

Strength: 45.29 Blocking: 9
Speed: 13.03 Tackling: 10
Agility: 20.73 Throwing: 13.03
Jumping: 13.03 Catching: 7
Stamina: 14.52 Carrying: 9
Vision: 47.35 Kicking: 73
Confidence: 41.26 Punting: 9

Your agility is probably fine, but I'd train that about once a week. spemd the rest of your time training speed and jumping. You can probably get away with putting level up points in any of those, though. Putting them in confidnece would be my advice.

They don't really. Jumping won't do a thing either. However you might as well train Speed, Agility, Stamina, Tackling to 20 anyway.

You have Strength, Vision, Confidence, Kicking and SA's to level up before you waste points on Speed and Agility.

Speed to 20 for sure, and take confidence to the soft cap - then invest in the special abilities - tackling? If you have to make a tackle the rest of the special teams has screwed up, I wouldn't put anything into tackling
