Not that facts matter a whole lot on internet forums, but FSU administers the Ringling Museum of Art, of which there is a section concentrating on the history of the Ringling Brothers Circus. There are majors and minors relating to the things at the Ringling Museum, but you're not going to graduate FSU with a degree in clowning.
In fact, if you're ever in the Sarasota area, I'd encourage you to visit the museum. In between the permanent and temporary exhibits, there's so much stuff that it's hard to take it all in on one day. There's the art museum, the Ringling Mansion (right on Sarasota Bay), an incredibly large green area with a specialty rose garden, and of course the Circus exhibits. And since it's run by FSU (state money), it's dirt cheap: $5 with a student ID, not much more for a regular adult.

They do have an area there where they train the circus performers, which I was told by several FSU administrators was affectionately called "clown college." I have seen the circus a couple of times, pretty cool.

You can't get a degree or minor in circus though, it's at most a two credit hour PE class. If you have a chance in the fall though I suggest going to a performance because its impressive what random college students can do.
