If you were going to build a different player for a sub into a CB position which one would you use, LB, FS, or SS?

Out of the box thinking required!

FS probably

FS or a balanced SS would probably both work well. A Possession-type WR might also work. Anything else would have a lot of mismatched attributes, and probably a significant out-of-position penalty.

FS would be the safest, and they take over a CB's coverage on corner blitzing plays, and tend to do well enough (at least, mine does).

WR for sure. They're pretty much the same stats with the small exception Higher Catching and Carrying and Lower Tackling and Vision. Tackling isn't a huge deal, you can throw a few points in that and set to "Wrap Up," although you'd probably need a little more Vision to make up for no "Super Vision."
