of putting all of my equipment into agility and out of speed i have 14 in speed from equipment has anyone done something like this before and if so did it work?

Do it. Agility>Speed, every day of the week, unless you're a slot receiver, which you're not. If you need to run behind blockers, then Agility will always be better than speed.

Let us know how it goes. Personally, I'm not a slot receiver and I have more in speed than agility right now.
