Okay you have called me out 2 times after I have posted once, I get it. I made one comment and was honest and didn't keep bugging him about it or cutting him down. By the way, your post earlier made no sense at all when you spoke of "using a bigger configuration." Intelligent people can detect a clueless comment.
Oh, and you type like a 15 year old girl. You told everyone to shut up at least 3 times in about 5 sentences. Calm down. Everything is going to be okay.

Thats an overshot and you know it.
No, it isn't an overshot. I don't do graphic design work for how big the client is going to present the piece, I could care less if they are going to present it 1 inch by 1 inch or 1 mile by 1 mile. That is totally irrelevant because the work that goes into it is exactly the same. It is about TIME.
Now, I will admit that I usually do give discounts (in the range of 10%) on logo work to those who will not be seeing a profit from the use of the logo- non-profit organizations, campaign logos, student organizations, etc. Yet, there is still a going rate for my services and I am pretty firm about them.
To be honest, I shouldn't have posted what I thought in here- I should have just PM'd him...so I apologize for that. It is just that, from what I read and saw, someone in my field was undershooting the profession.
I really hope that he makes some money but I do know that I certainly don't have the free time to do work for $3. That is my personal opinion and how I operate.
