Just wanted some advice on what I should do with my safety. check his build out and get at me with some feedback.

Looks pretty solid.

I would get that equipment out of Vision & put it into agility.
Vision @ 40 is Plenty.

Pretty solid. SAs good for the moment. Speed needs to be higher than what you got it at the moment, and as speed gets higher, your agility needs to go up as well so you can turn and change direction effectively.
