Taking an example, say a coach owns a Prep Casual team in the Nimitz League, and let's say they win their conference and the cup (or pretty close) I presume they given the option to be promoted... would that be University Casual league? Sparrow League ? I know they can refuse to be promoted and thus stay in the Casual Prep league.

Secondly what happens if the same coach wants to move his team to a non casual full league. Is this even allowed or possible ? Or are they doomed to stay in the casual leagues.

You cannot move casual teams to regular leagues, you would have to buy a regular team and move your dots.

#1 promotion is age based only, win lose or draw.

#2 your entire league will promote as it ages, you never really change leagues

#3 I'm 99% sure you can't sit still. You'll have to either age up normally or restart in Rookie, unless you get a special blessing from Support

#4 Anything is possible with help from Support. The only issue is actually hearing from Support. Hit Discord, ask for DD and he'll get you going in the right direction somehow.

No telling what form that may take. You might get a refund or credit to buy a new team or some other "outside the box" solution.

What usually happens is we get tired of waiting on team moves, buy a new team, and get the rest ironed out later.

CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: HIT UP SUPPORT NOW.

It's going to take a random amount of time for them to answer, anywhere from 2 hours to 2 months.
