It didn't last because a season or 2 later the sim shifted to powerbacks and the I-slam run season. I remember team money being used to issue the EQ upgrades and owners having to move money around to agents so the dots could be equipped properly

I think he is CPL...Halifax.

So long ago I maybe mixing things up, though. I'm pretty sure Galaxy Aces and Lincoln Navigators were USPL, though.
