Some time ago (3 "real world" years) I bought a team to host a bunch of old retired dots from any Agents who wanted to bring them onboard and allow them to play off into the sunset and beyond, just for the lulz. Good old Elysium Immortals:

I still submit it is one of the greatest threads in GLB history, but that's an admittedly biased take.
One day, like idk 10 seasons ago, I happened to notice that Elysium Immortals "Team ID" was 2. Huh, that's kinda cool, this must be the 2nd team ever created by GLB!? Is that accurate? Idk. But it sounded kinda cool to me, so I decided to see who the "#1" team in GLB was, and it was a team that was (and still is as of now) named Davy Jones' Locker Pirate Ghosts:

This was a team full of CPU dots with an inactive owner. I wondered how long before this team goes up for sale? So I shot off a Support request to good old DD just to ask if/when the team ownership was set to expire. This was not an urgent request, so I did not time how long DD's response took, but I will say I received a very polite response in a very acceptable timeframe, as has always been my experience with DD. His response was that the team was still under contract for like 10 seasons! Haha, would GLB (or my old ass) still be around in Season 97?! Would I remember or care even if it/I was?
But here we are, entering Season 97. And I remembered. And I was still interested. And guess what...I'm now the proud(?) new owner of the #1 team in all of GLB!? The first team ever created by Bort!? To go along with the #2 team in GLB!? The 2nd team ever created by Bort! And surely these 2 teams played against each other in the first game in GLB history!? AND I OWN THEM BOTH!? Did I just win GLB? Probably.
So anyways, I thought it was kinda cool. So I thought, "I should post in a GLB forum about it!?". And so I am. But I have no idea what to do with this team. Maybe migrate my ancient dots from Elysium to the #1 team, just to further solidify their epicness of oldest dots on oldest team? Host a GLB auction to see how much money I can raise for these collectors' items? Something somehow that involves the words NFT and/or crypto that would make me at least feel cooler if not richer? Start researching who the #3 team is and contemplate GLB team domination? Or simply go back under my bridge and resume yelling at the clouds for another 100 seasons?
