If you could only pick 2 SA's for a QB what would they be?

Could Look Off be effective? I like the idea of being able to make the secondary move off defenders..

Pocket Prescence and Tight Spiral.. but SAs should be added at the very end of the build process for optimal results

This. 100%
Unless the dot is a throw away, don't even think about SAs until your dot is L60+.
If it's just a temporary dot, Pump Fake is probably the most fun SA.

What kind of QB? If Passing then I'm with the gang above. If RQB, then I'd think a bit differently.

Why not? You could dump 3 boosts into an SA and still use all TP's and SP's on attributes

I guess you don’t know how ALGs work

Does carry factor into the Pump Fake like it would for any other fake?
I don't think so. I'm pretty sure it's either just a solo SA or influenced by (QB's) Vision, at best. Maybe... MAYBE, Agility??? Doubt it though.

ALG's aside, it's something many did (build like this) when they very 1st started. I know I was one of them. Just made sense. Balance the skills... enhance the SA's... all that jazz. Made for an awesome dot... for about 2 seasons... maybe 3 if lucky. Then the crash comes. Dots done right just blow right past you and teams stop looking at your dot when it's a FA. Post it in the market and you'll get the kind (and sometimes, not-so-kind) comments about recycling your build and "you should'a done this 'n' that".
What kills you (your dot) is, the skills that best make your dot work great need to end high and the only good way to do that is pound them early. Every time your dot goes up a level, it gets harder and harder to do that. Training slows way down by the end of the 1st season... worse by the end of the 2nd. You go from 100+ gains down to 30's, 20's, or even 10's. And that's where ALG's really come in... they do the heavy lifting after a dot has pretty maxed out both training and SP bumping by the end of the 3rd season. After that it's super slow growing your main skills through those methods. Comes a time when pushing up a skill costs more SP's than the benefit you get from it. And training it further takes an entire season... if not longer. I won't train a skill once the gains go below 5%... and generally stop once they go below 10. Just a waste of good training time. Better to train a low secondary skill than keep pounding away at a high main.
