This loosely maybe almost implies that agility has 150% the effect of acceleration compared to speed. Which seems reasonably correct.

Didn't catch the radio shows much, but that looks like a loose ball park figure. Pretty close to how everyone builds anyway.

People don't build that way out of any real thought/strategy. It's simply as high as you can reasonably get attribute #1 (100-105 base) and attribute #2 (90-base) while putting all equipment into attribute #1.
Also 160/90 isn't near 3:2 aka 1.5:1. 160/90 is 1.8:1
