It's just tough, because I don't think anyone with a non-horrible team wants mystery build players...
Hate to bust the bubble for ya bro (Slughead42) but just by scouting your players I think I have a pretty good idea about their skill set. With a good OC and the right ideas to use them, they should be rock solid. That and I know you build good dots so... there's that for anyone out there on the fence.
