So, how do you pro dot builders handle stamina? I feel like I always start training it to soon, and now, as I do some toying around with my current dot builds on the VPB I feel like I neglect stamina.............I mean, realistically is first cap high enough for stamina, if you aren't planning on him being an "every" down dot?

Stamina is usually one of the last attr's you build, 60 is the norm for most dots but have seen it at 55 give or take some. depending on what position and the dot your building as with any attr once it hit 32 take it to 48 usually de[ending on your other attrs you can use light training on it pushing it up a few sk pts then using a little bit of sk pts to finish it off to 60

What he said and this as well. What does the dot do? O-linemen and D-linemen need Stamina in the 60's or better because they're the ones expending the most energy. Also same for pure STOP dots although you might get by with 55-60. Kickoffs eat energy the worst. Kickers and Punters need much less as they only come in to play one play at a time so they get plenty of rest in between plays. 20-30-40 tops for them. QB's, unless rushing, don't eat energy as badly either so you can get by with 50-55 with them if they're in a 2 QB system... more if the only QB. Also, any position where you have a rotation of players (PHB's come to mind)... or any position where you have limited usage (Scatbacks come to mind) can get by with less than 60 since they're a specialty dot and play limited snaps.
Overall I tend to shoot for 50-55 unless it's a hard use dot like O-line or even PHB... something that gets a lot of contact and punishment. Less for dots that play limited roles.

I do 60 as a minimum for all defensive dots, with most guys finishing in the 61-64 range.

Offense can get away with some lower stam dots in certain positions because they control the gameplan, but defense has to be ready to react to whatever, so they really need 60+ to be able to make sure they're still feeling it in the 4th quarter
