Waiting to hear about from them about my team but think they fell asleep so can someone wake them up before off season ends

When did you open your Support ticket?

Usually takes them 3 to 5 days to respond to tickets nowadays. I opened a ticket for a team issue 3 days ago and it got resolved this morning, which is fine because I planned for a possible 7-day wait just in case. You just gotta plan ahead and be ready to be patient. Wish they were faster, of course, but they've answered every ticket I've ever opened -- eventually.

They're basically down to one person doing the 'support' job. DD.

I offered to help out for free. Move teams and deal with that day to day garbage. Apparently not possible.

Maybe this game I scheduled back in January will sim soon. All I got was Bort is working on it.
