IMO...
Outside Blocker #1 -- always active for WRs
2&3 combined... Power Blocker (bonus to Pancakes) and Showboat Blocker (creates morale spiral from Pancakes)
or
Downfield blocker (very often active) and Power Blocker

Agree - those become top 4 by default as you can max out 4 and get 7 to 11 in a 5th VA along with 1 in OT Killer to finish out a build
If also using on special team returns then Special Teamer would make sense
