Is there any particular ability that AoI works off of or is it just a standalone SA that has a fixed value? Also is it possible to get this ability on a QB?

IF it works off of any skill/ability, my GUESS would be Confidence. Personally I don't think it does work off of anything and does 'stand alone' but I am pretty sure that Morale is what it attacks and Confidence would be the skill that 'defends' against it (as well as any SA's of VA's). As for who can use Aoi, I'm pretty sure any dot can use it.

This is likely correct, but there are much more important things a QB will need to be able to fit Aura into a build. I would not suggest investing in Aura for a QB.

I could see it on a RQB... probably not a good one for a passing QB.
