my kicker is driving me nuts this season. last season, he missed a couple 66 yarders just short but otherwise was 4/6 beyond 50. this season he's 3/18, granted many were over 60, but he did hit from 63. however, in scrims, playoff and non playoff post season games, he's 13/18, including a 67 yarder. i know morale bonuses only affect real games. but even given that, that would would help his real game stats not hurt it. i had added a couple of 1st step in the preseason for some extra power on KO, so was thinking that it was that, but am 6/7 having made and missed from 58, since game 16 but having missed the last 5 during regular season.

what other influences could be causing such a difference? i hate to think that it's purely the rng gods hating me this season. energy was 96 and morale was 102 when i missed this chip shot http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=2846091&pbp_id=1280193, and 86 and 100 when i shanked this one http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=2846079&pbp_id=1145213. having taken automatic from 13 to 19 this season, i had really been expecting to be 100% inside 55, and around 50% from 56 to 67.

unrealistic expectations IMO

You could always change his name S52 Gostkowski and see if that helps

so its unreasonable to expect to do the same thing during the season that is done in the offseason? i see cpu kickers in lower levels hitting from the mid 50s

some people believe the sim is different for playoffs? maybe confidence related?
