I'm new as a head coach and wonder how do you change running backs. Such as we have a starting RB who I'd like to make the second RB and move the second RB up to the starter. Thank you.

Depth Charts for a start. Make sure to save them (as a preset) once you set them otherwise the bug can f*ck you up.

bring up the depth chart there should be "up" "down" "remove from position" options on the right of the player position tab, if you don't see these then you probably don't have depth chart access. Talk to your owner.
Edit: site is a bit glitchy tonight I can't update depth chart, AI, vet points or a few other things. That might be your problem...
