Anyone able to enlighten me on when and how these skill fire.

Does the QB need to be within the pocket? behind LOS?
Anyone know of a Q&A tread that might enlight this?

Turn the shoulder I almost never see fire, even on QBs with it at 11 and decent agility it's not very common. I have never seen it fire outside of the pocket and certainly not in front of the line of scrimmage.

Pump fake similarly I have not seen fire outside the pocket that I can think of (though I am sure it happens with the right build and conditions) and definitely not past the line of scrimmage.

I don't know of any Q&As about it though.

Afaik, all tackle breakers are heavily tied to Carry, which makes TS almost useless. There's a Bort quote out there that says it only fires when the QB is in passing mode. Pump fake also only fires when in passing mode, therefore impossible fire past the LoS.

The QB can "roll out" of the pocket while staying in pass mode, but good luck trying to do it on purpose with any Kind of consistency
