Not sure you'll like my advice but it's worked for me for my builds of that type. First off I use the Power Arch instead of the Possession Arch but mostly because the teams I play for do more running than passing and need me to be able to block as well as catch passes. Since using either arch means you're not going to be a 'SPEED' intensive build... which means you're not going to be breaking away from defenders on most (all?) passes, then I'd build him as tall as possible (max - one click if you're a JD style builder... max height if not). Weight can vary but he needs the height to help him in making catches in traffic.
Also, I would START with speed first and set a number to stop at before switching off to your primary skill. I know most people don't do this but I do. If you decide against that, I'd choose Catching as your Primary... Speed as your secondary... Agility as your 3rd. I know speed isn't a gold star skill but you still need it to be effective. The way I go is to take speed to 75-80 then set it as a multi-train slot fro the remainder of the build, then I pound Catching and Agility with SP's and training. Here's one I'm doing right now;
http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4619721When he's finished he'll have 80+ in both catching and agility... he'll have 60+ strength and Carrying... and he should have around 50 each in vision, blocking, and jumping. (assuming normal stamina and confidence numbers.) He'll do a good job of blocking on the outside against DB's and most LB's... and he'll be able to catch passes in traffic for short and medium gains. He'll probably also play on ST's. I know plenty of builders that will pooh-pooh the build but I've built several and they do exactly what I build them to do (mentioned above). Don't expect MVP gear though.

I suspect you can take what I got here and tweak it for your needs.
