Utilize the RB/RB1/RB2 slots.
You can also play around with the "sub in, sub out" options. It's harder to get equal in Cas imo.

I've seen this asked before... not sure but think the answer was to set the sub in and out numbers for the position at the high end and only one number apart (like 99/98 or vise versa.)

This will work well and will generally give equal plays if each dot in that slot has equal stamina.
If you aren't getting equal plays, someone may have a significant stamina advantage over the other dots in the slot.
