I'm at a loss here. Not sure how I should be spending these guys.

Advanced Equipment mostly.
Early on you spend em to boost your first train by 20 or 30 percent or so.
Then you go for three multi trained skills.
Could spend some boosting the training on those some as well.
Then the rest are saved to spend on Advanced equipment, which you dont do till level 31 or after.
When you do, you will be looking to get three or four sets, all +5%s through shopping for them, and start training light early enough to get them all to 10 +3 strength in your primary attribute (strength, speed, throwing, kicking, punting, whatever it is).
So thats 350 per, plus the cost to roll for it in the store and buy it.

Hope you are multi-training by this point in your builds. Also training enhancements to go along with that. But, after that, it's all about the AEQ. which you shouldn't worry about until you are at least at level 31.

I can't access Multi training mode on training screen. I have built plyers before and this option was available. With this new player I'm not getting the option?

You can only train more than one attribute at a time after you have unlocked additional attributes. You may unlock additional attributes by using bonus tokens on your player's bonus token page. If you wish to train three or four attributes at a time, you would have to unlock additional attributes.

To unlock attributes for multi-training, click on "Bonus Tokens" either from your player's profile page or training page. there you can enhance training for higher training gains or unlock attributes for multi-training.
Looks like your dots are just created. Typically, in a dot's first season, people use their Bonus Tokens to enhance the training for the dot's #1 skill and Intense Train that skill while applying Skill Points to that skill. That way, you get your main skill high very quickly. Multi-training is usually done only after that first skill gets above several "level caps".

As you can spend more on stars it even says an amount past 5 star training, not that 5 star is bad for primary just have a plan. Other than multi train hold till 41 AEQ build IMO
