Anyone who hasn't signed is fair game. For the offense, it's all pass oriented. If you are looking for a run blocker I can't really help you. It's too tedious to go through all the builds and open them, so you may have to take a chance that teh build will work to sign them. If they have respecs remaining I'm willing to use them. Anyone who doesn't have an offer at the end of the Off Season gets retired.
Are you planning on using any career boosts? It looks like most of them only have 19 games left to play.

Any guys signed to a team will boost to finish at least 1 season, if a good fit then they will be boosted for another 30 games.
