for example owners who tell lies to get you to sign on, or take forever to add players to depth charts that causes players to miss games etc. any forum for that? if not why isn't there?

did you ask the owner/gm what happened? i know that i've inadvertently left players off a dc when i switched between off/def w/o saving 1st. also, the lower the level, the less the owner probably watches every detail. and none of your players play in competitive leagues.

That owner is terrible - has a bad rep for a good reason - and is widely hated. His name "CPU" is really code for Create Poor Underlings. If you have a player on his team - good news - you can sign with someone else right away. Caution: He may follow you wherever you go.
