Does this SA work for all defensive linemen?

The SA description at character creation says:

"This skill is important for powerful, run stopping defenders.",

but the popup description on the character main page says:

"This skill is important for powerful, run stopping DTs."

Which is it?

it works for all characters that are being blocked by 2 guys at once

my DE who is the all time highest rated Run stopping archetype DE used it @ 8 but I don't know if it helped very much.

Depends on how much you are getting an OT and the TE tbh

IT does not work when pass rushing however. It only works on run downs
