Its an option you can turn on or off in the players options like when you click the number to set their jersey number. By default I think they do

This, the box is checked by default. Same as with reward points, which is fucking annoying as he'll btw when you have a ton of dots and want to save those RP for non refundable flex things like custom equipment.
