Bort- Yes, the penalty for that is very small.

4) What actually is the out of position penalty for the DE? Can you at least say if it is MORE THAN 5%?
Bort- Not more than 5%.

Not facts just what I saw in the summary and stats is all. Anywho y'all are correct that OOP is not a great option wether %5 or what not but better than a CPU dot regardless.
