Endorsements are fine, but always a butt with a frog...Make EPIC endorsements. I.E. a QB who threw on a pass defense gets a double confidence piece. A hb that that ran on a rush defense gets a stiff arm piece. For defense a LB that makes TFL's or game changing plays gets an auro or fire up piece. +1 to strength is meh...spice it up!
