I'm playing around with the tactics and trying to put together an Al. If I want to put in plays specifically for inside the 5 do I put in My 5 to My goal or Opponents 5 to Opponents goal ? I'm confused by if I'm defending my goal or stopping them from going into their Goal.

Your goal to 5 is your own goal defense. Opponents goal to their 5 is your defense in their terf
